Respect the logo, respect the brand: proper placement, scale, and color make every asset unmistakably ours.

Colours

Our logo is only used in these 4 colour ways. When full colour is not available, the black or greyscale version should be used on white or light backgrounds.

Stacked Logo: Use in most situations, including all promotional and marketing materials.

Trust Logos

Avenue Living Core and Agricultural Land Trusts will be represented by the Avenue Living logo with typeset text underneath. The branding should stay consistent with the Avenue Living brand.

Mini Mall Storage Properties Trust and Tract Farmland Partners should be represented by their own logo identities and can utilize colours within their own brands.

At any size, the clear space around the logo should always be equal to the height of the A in Avenue, as denoted by X in the diagram.

To maintain clarity and readability, the primary and horizontal logo options must never appear smaller than the sizes shown.

Improper Use

To successfully reinforce the brand identity, it is important to consistently follow logo-use guidelines. Under no circumstances should any component of the logo be redrawn, modified or altered in any way. Only reproduce the logo using the approved electronic files.
